Cinnamon Vanilla BBQ sauce
In our mission to make the ultimate BBQ sauce, we have gone all the way back to square one, and started from scratch. Instead of tomatoes, we use onion as a base. Glazed to perfection, then blended together with honey, syrup and vanilla to create rich layers of sweetness. Dark sherry vinegar, fresh lemon juice, soy and Worcestershire sauce balance the sweetness with sourness and umami. Three different peppers bring the heat, and cinnamon adds the finishing touch.
What do you use this sauce with? We'll give you a hint: it's called BARBECUE :-)
